Three Vacuum Boom Tube and Hose Options Now Available as Industry First on Vacall AllExcavate Models

Two new vacuum boom tube and hose design options for Vacall AllExcavate hydro excavation models are now being introduced by Gradall Industries, Inc. These two new booms, along with the original design, now allow customers to select between three different boom and intake hose or tube options that best fit their needs and preferences.

The options are:

• A new boom design using a heavy-duty full-length rubber hose which is durable yet flexible with a gum rubber lining that runs from the turret mounted on the debris tank out to the pick-up point

• Allows for easy vacuum hose wear rotation and replacement

• A steel tube-in-tube boom and intake that connects to an identical rubber hose elbow that leads to the pick-up point

• Also allows for wear rotation and replacement at the 90-degree elbow

• The original steel tube-in-tube with steel elbow boom and intake tube

• Sets the industry standard on strength and durability

The AllExcavate strong vacuum forces generate up to 27" HG and up to 5,800 CFM. Used in combination with the machine's high-power water jetting forces, the AllExcavate can effectively loosen and then remove dirt, rocks and other material from around water, sewer, gas and other utility lines as well as around foundations where mass excavation is not possible or practical. In the oil and gas industry, AllExcavate models can perform highly efficient frac tank cleanout.

Cold-Weather Option
Another update being released on the AllExcavate is a new heated aluminum enclosure for cold weather jobs with superior fit and finish. This redesign features a full-size, walk-in heated compartment for operators to change out of wet work clothes with built-in drain. Along with new LED lighting, the cold-weather option encloses the boiler and water pump, warming the water for hydro excavating when temperatures drop below freezing.

Optional High-Dump
Continuing Vacall's industry-leading options is the high dump option. This unique design allows the operator to raise the debris tank as much as 76 inches above ground level, and shifts the tank horizontally 21 inches beyond the rear bumper – advantages that are without equal in the industry and allow for debris to be dumped into a roll-off container.

The rugged, oval-shaped debris tanks are designed to fit within the track of the rear wheels, adding to the over-the-road stability of the AllExcavate. Standard and optional debris bodies and water tanks are available with lifetime warranties, extending the machine’s working life.

AllSmartFlow CAN Bus Inteligent Control is Standard
Standard on every AllExcavate model is the AllSmartFlow CAN bus intelligent control system – an integral feature of the Vacall "Green That Works" package of advantages. The AllSmartFlow system can improve operating efficiency, monitor water usage and minimize downtime for water tank refills. With a programmable LCD display, the operator can monitor engine, water flow and vacuum performance while also precisely controlling boom and reel adjustments. A fully proportional pendant, either wired or wireless, is programmable to ensure productive control away from the chassis.

Single Engine Advantage
AllExcavate models use just one engine for chassis movement and to operate the jetting and vacuum hydro excavation functions. Unlike other machines that require two engines, the AllExcavate single-engine advantage can reduce fuel consumption, cut down on harmful emissions and save time and money on routine engine component maintenance while holding down the cost of the unit.
