AllVac Industial Filtration System Delivers Greater Performance, Longer Life

New Philadelphia, OH — An innovative high dump option for Vacall AllJetVac combination sewer cleaners has been introduced by Gradall Industries, Inc. This unique design allows the operator to raise the debris tank 76 inches above ground level and shift the tank horizontally 21 inches beyond the rear bumper - a capability that is unmatched in the industry.

After removing debris from clogged sewer lines, this capability allows the operator to raise, shift and tilt the debris tank to dump material faster and more efficiently into municipal dewatering containers, avoiding the need for dangerous ramps.

The tank movement and dumping is accomplished with a wireless remote control mechanism, affording the operator a clear view of the dumping process. The chance of spills can be further avoided with an optional slanting splash shield extending from the debris tank.

The rugged, oval-shaped debris body also features an innovative tailgate design that opens, closes and locks easily, with an optional flushing system that cleans out the interior of the body. Water tanks are fabricated from high-quality aluminum, mounted to avoid road debris damage. Galvanized debris bodies and water tanks are available with lifetime warranties, expanding the machine's working life.

AllJetVac machines deliver excellent jetting action and superior vacuum power to open clogged sewer lines and perform necessary routine maintenance. The high dump option is available on the AllJetVac P Series models.

As part of the Vacall "Green that Works" package of advantages, the AllSmartFlow CAN bus intelligent control system is standard on all AllJetVac models. Unlike other models that offer smart controls as an option, every AllJetVac machine is prepared to deliver optimum working efficiency by providing the operator with precise LCD controls to monitor and manage water flow and usage – avoiding waste as well as extra trips to refill water tanks.

Also unlike other machines, AllJetVac models use just one engine instead of two for chassis mobility and to generate extra vacuum and jetting power. This concept saves on fuel consumption, routine service, harmful emissions and the purchase price of the unit.

Every AllJetVac model has a rugged telescopic boom and a highly productive filtration system. To customize the models for specific applications and preferences, contractors and municipalities can choose decant valves, cold water recirculation system, backup hose reel hydraulics, multiple blower and water pump choices including a proprietary 85 gpm /2000 psi water pump with 30-minute run-dry guarantee. Debris tank capacities are offered in 6, 8, 10 and 12 cubic yards. Water tank capacities include 1,000, 1,200 and 1,500 gallons.
