The Recycler option for Vacall AllJetVac combination sewer cleaners has been selected by Construction Equipment magazine for its list of the industry’s Top 100 New Products of 2016. The Recycler, manufactured by Gradall Industries in New Philadelphia, Ohio, is one of Vacall's "Green That Works" options designed to dramatically increase sewer-cleaning productivity while saving water.

Selected independently by the magazine's editors, the Top 100 Awards call special attention to the most significant products announced each year. Each product awarded showcases innovative designs and enhances productivity and efficiency.

The Recycler option enables a Vacall AllJetVac sewer cleaner to continuously vacuum water from sewer lines, put it through a five-step filtering process and then jet the same water back through the sewer system to remove blockages. In the process, tests show the Recycler can save a city service department about 5.7 million gallons of treated water each year.

The Recycler eliminates water refill trips so crews can continue to work all day, improving productivity. Eliminating refill trips also saves fuel, as does the ability to operate a truck that's lighter in weight because it is not carrying water.

The "Green That Works" package of advantages also includes single-engine power, saving on fuel, emissions and service, as well as lifetime warranties on galvanized and stainless steel debris tanks and aluminum water tanks. In addition, AllSmartFlow™ smart controls are standard, saving water and improving productivity.

Construction Equipment is published monthly and reaches over 75,000 professionals in the construction equipment industry, including construction contractors and governments. Its focus is on construction equipment product development, product technology, machine acquisition, disposal and maintenance.
